This can easily be done in person at your property, via a phone, or by completing our online form.  We don’t need an in-depth history since we buy on an “as-is” basis but it’s helpful to know the condition of the property and age of the systems to receive an accurate offer.

2. Quick Walk-Through

The best way to reach a price we can both agree on is to do a quick walk-through at the property. This allows us to view the condition of the structure and assess what, if any, repairs or updates would be needed after we buy it.

3. Tell Us Your Price

Where do you need to be on price for a convenient cash sale? During the appointment, our real estate experts will determine if we are a good fit for your needs. The number has to work for everybody and as the seller, you are in control! Tell us your timeframe for closing and we will work on your schedule.

4. Sign the Contract

Once you have accepted the offer, we sign a contract that day. From there, our licensed real estate attorney handles all the paperwork. The attorney requests payoffs for your mortgage or other liens, prepares the deed and the settlement statement. All you have to do is show up to the closing!

5. Sign the Closing Documents and Get Your Money!

If you are in the area, you can come to the closing to sign the documents and receive the sale proceeds in person. If you are out of state or unable to attend the closing in person, the attorney will send you all the documents ahead of time and the money will be wired to your account.
